Cash reservations. Reserving an order with cash payment holds your plan and price — nothing is charged until you pay at a Rogers or Chatr kiosk. Unpaid reservations expire automatically and no payment is owed.
Before activation. Unused physical SIM cards and eSIM QR codes that have not been redeemed are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase with your receipt or order number.
After activation. Once a SIM or eSIM is activated and the plan has started, the plan fee is non-refundable. If your phone turns out to be incompatible before activation, kiosk staff will exchange your eSIM for a physical SIM or refund your order in full.
